Bitek Construction & Energetics Limited is a duly registered Nigerian firm. The company was established as a colaboration between El-Salem Nigeria Limited and Region Promstroy Russia.
The primary area of the company is in the provision of of affordable, quality and fast housing solutions to the Nigerian populace. This goal was born out of the need to tackle the housing deficiency in Nigeria.
The weight of one block is 18.5 kg, which is the best indicator among analogues. This helps to save up to 50% on the foundation, as well as reduce costs for the logistics of building materials by 2 times.
The compressive strength of the middle layer of the blocks is 40 kgf / cm². Blocks can be used to build load-bearing walls of buildings with a load of heavy concrete floors with floors of up to 2 floors inclusive. Moreover, the stability of the walls is comparable to a monolithic design

Galadimawa and EL-SALEM NIGERIA LIMITED for the development of mid luxury residential houses comprising duplexes blocks of flats with other facilities in Onireke GRA Layout Ibadan, Oyo state.
The project will consists of a total of 46 Housing Units of various typology by El-salem Nigeria limited. Other ancillary facilities will include: Gate House and Security Post, Adequate Parking lots, Water Reticulation, fibre optics internet facilities, play grounds for kids and Serviced shopping center.
